Refund Policy

Wedding Planning OS is a digital download sold by Morrow & Made, which is operated by an individual seller based in Maryland. Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip, and card payments are processed by Stripe through Payhip.

What you're buying

A one-time purchase of spreadsheet files: Excel and Google Sheets versions, each as a blank workbook and a filled example. Payhip delivers your download right after payment. There's nothing to ship, and there's no subscription.

When we'll refund you

Email morrowandmade@yahoo.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full if either of these applies:

1. The files don't open or don't work as described in a supported app, and we can't fix the problem for you. Supported apps are:

   • Google Sheets
   • Excel for the web
   • Recent desktop Excel (Microsoft 365, or Excel 2019 or later)

   Please tell us which app you used and what went wrong. Most access problems can be fixed quickly, so we'll try that first.

2. You bought it twice by accident. We'll refund the duplicate order.

When we generally can't refund

Once the files have been downloaded, a digital purchase can't be returned. That means we generally don't refund for:

• Changing your mind, or finding you'd rather plan in a different way
• Using an app we don't support, such as Excel 2016 or Apple Numbers. The product page lists these before you buy.
• Features the product doesn't claim to have. For example, it has no bank sync, no automatic email or phone reminders, no currency conversion, and no automatic link to a wedding website.
• Problems caused by editing or deleting the workbook's formulas. We're still happy to help you get back to a clean copy.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Payhip and Stripe.
• How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
• If you're refunded, please delete your copies of the files.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
