Terms of Sale and Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms apply when you buy or use Wedding Planning OS from Morrow & Made (morrowandmade.com), which is operated by an individual seller based in Maryland ("we"). By buying the product, you agree to these terms.
1. What you get
- A one-time digital purchase: spreadsheet files for Google Sheets and Excel, including blank workbooks and a filled example.
- The example uses made-up names, amounts, and dates.
- Payhip delivers the files right after payment. Stripe processes card payments through Payhip.
- There's no subscription, and nothing physical is shipped.
2. Your license
We give you a personal license to use Wedding Planning OS for one household or couple planning their own wedding.
You may copy and edit the files for your own planning, and share your filled-in copy with the people helping you.
You may not:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or give away the files, whether blank or lightly changed
- Upload the files to template marketplaces or file-sharing sites
- Use the files to plan other people's weddings as a paid service
We keep all other rights.
3. What this product is not
Wedding Planning OS is a spreadsheet for organizing information you enter yourself. It is not a planning, financial, or legal service. It doesn't include coaching, calls, or custom spreadsheet work.
It has no bank connection, outside reminders, currency conversion or wedding-website sync.
4. Estimates vs. your contracts
Totals, per-guest estimates, and the starter task list are only planning aids. They don't override your vendor contracts, minimums, taxes, fees, or actual charges. Always check amounts and dates against your agreements.
5. Compatibility
Check the compatibility notes on the product page before you buy. Excel 2016 and Apple Numbers are not supported.
6. No guarantees
We make the product with care and support it by email. However, it's provided "as is." We don't guarantee:
- Any particular result, savings, or outcome
- That it will be error-free for how you use it
Formula cells are not locked, so keep a backup before making big changes.
7. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't legally be limited.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in place when you bought still apply to your purchase.
